Notice for Consumers

The Czech Bar Association was on 5 February 2016 designated by the Ministry of industry and trade of the Czech Republic to deal with out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes between an attorney-at-law and a consumer arising from an agreement on provision of legal services (based on Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on consumer protection, as amended).
